Welcome to Spokane Perma Ceram. We are Spokane's oldest and most experienced bathtub, sink and tile and countertop refinishing, resurfacing, reglazing and bathroom remodeling service. Ralph, Patti and Kyle Kollarsky have been the owner/operators since 1994 and have been involved since 1981. We will provide what is expected, on time, on budget and with customer satisifaction after the work is done.
